Virtual Classes & Services

All virtual classes, workshops, and private sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request a reschedule, when possible.

Physical Products / Art Kits

When art kits or physical products are fulfilled through third-party platforms (such as Amazon), returns and exchanges are subject to the policies of that platform.

Please refer to the seller’s return policy at the time of purchase.
